Hi, I'm Gemma
Before I ever picked up a skein of chunky chenille yarn, I was a midwife. After years in a high-pressure career, I found finger knitting as a way to bring calm and regulation back into my body. What began as personal healing became a creative passion — and eventually, Cosy Knits by Gemma.
I teach because I know firsthand how powerful creativity can be. In my workshops it's never just about the finished piece — it's about slowing down, building confidence, and experiencing the quiet pride of making something beautiful entirely with your own hands.
